How do I pay with a check, money order, or Western Union?
On the order form simply put N/A in the spaces where the credit
card information is requested. Then in the "special instructions"
section at the end of the order form state your intentions to
pay via one of the alternate methods. Once the physician has approved
your order you will receive an email with complete instructions
on how to complete the payment process.
Where can I get information concerning the
lifestyle medications I am ordering online?
Our physicians have written a specific section for each of the
lifestyle medications offered on the website. Simply click on
the link titled FAQ's for the medication that you are interested
in ordering.

a physician prior to ordering online?

Why do you need my phone number on the order
form?
The overnight courier i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc. requires both the
phone number of the shipper and the recipient. In addition, sometimes
the customer service associates, pharmacy and/or physician will
need to contact you in order to receive more information concerning
your order. All contact via our staff is always done in a discreet
and professional manner, under no circumstance is your medical
history or the medication you have ordered discussed with anyone
else.

Why do you need my email address on the
order form?
For much of the same reasons outline above, we need your email
address to contact you concerning any questions regarding your
order. All correspondence is very discreet. In addition, our customer
service department will send you an email with the tracking number
of your order so you know when to expect your order.
Do you accept insurance or other medical
plans?
Currently, we do not accept insurance or any other type of medical
plans. Our customer service associates can provide you with an
itemized statement that you can submit to your insurance company
for reimbursement.
May I cancel my order?
Yes, individuals may cancel their order as long as the order has
not left the pharmacy. Once the order has left the pharmacy by
law we are unable to accept returns. This represents the same
policy found in traditional brick and mortar pharmacies.
